Technology has many positive uses, but the overconsumption of technology can have a negative effect on health. In a world where technology is everywhere all the time, deeply ingrained in all aspects of culture and society, how does one reduce technology consumption?
Join Jenny Lobb, a Family and Consumer Sciences Educator for OSU Extension Franklin County, to learn strategies to reduce technology consumption in your everyday life and how doing so can have a positive impact on your physical, mental and social health. This event will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 18 from 7-8 p.m. at Bexley Public Library. Admission is free.
