An Overview of Food Preservation Methods - Learn about different food preservation methods including freezing, drying, canning, and fermentation. You will learn how each method works, what equipment is needed, and some of the costs and benefits associated with them.
Session 2: Saturday, August 10, 2024, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Water Bath & Pressure Canning - This session will cover all things canning. You will learn about the two different types of canning (water bath and pressure), which food can safely be processed in a water bath canner, equipment needed, and more.
