Join us at Franklin Park Conservatory to celebrate Local Foods Week by learning basic techniques for preserving fresh fruits and vegetables. Food preservation is a great way to enjoy locally-grown produce from the garden or farmers’ market all year long.
The class and tasting will be led by OSU Extension Educator Jenny Lobb and hosted at Franklin Park Conservatory's AEP Education Pavilion. Registration is $35 for FPC members and $40 for non-members. Click here to register.
