Did you know that the U.S. is the world’s leader in food waste? Approximately 30% of the food produced in the United States is wasted each year, and a significant portion of that occurs at the consumer level. Join Extension Educator Jenny Lobb for a webinar to learn more about the problem of food waste and how you as a consumer can safely reduce the amount of food waste in your home.
