Whole grains are an important part of an overall healthy eating pattern. Join Jenny Lobb, Registered Dietitian and OSU Extension Educator, to learn how to incorporate more whole grains into your diet. We’ll discuss common whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat, oats, corn, and quinoa, as well as less familiar whole grains like amaranth, millet, buckwheat and teff. A cooking demonstration and tasting will be included.
