The fifth annual School Garden Conference was held on Friday, October 13, 2017. Educators, Afterschool personnel, OSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteers, and many others gathered to learn more about how to use gardening as a context for learning. Session topics included using drones in the school garden, gardening in the urban core, healthy eating with garden produce, saving seeds in the classroom, and much more. The School Garden Conference provided a time and place for educators to network and trade creative ideas to help grow our youth in garden-based activities. Thank you to our participants, presenters, and personnel behind the scenes that made this year's School Garden Conference a success.
