In Franklin County, we are thankful to have so many talented 4-H youth. This year, we had four youth recognized with State 4-H Honors for their outstanding Ohio 4-H Achievement Forms. Ohio 4-H Achievement Forms are a record that showcase the vast leadership, service, and project work of a 4-Her's career.
