On February 3, the Hudson, Ohio based company, JOANN Fabric and Craft Stores, partnered with the National 4-H program to facilitate a nationwide service project. 4-H youth and volunteers gathered at JOANN Fabric and Craft stores across the nation to engage with customers and to create Valentine's Day cards, which were used to send love to people in their local communities. Here in Franklin County, the Valentine's Day cards were given to Nationwide Children's Hospital patients and area assisted living facilities. Approximately forty 4-H youth from five 4-H clubs in Franklin County gave their time and used their hands to larger service at the Easton, Sawmill Road, and West Broad Street locations. We are proud of our Franklin County
4-H members and volunteers who served our local communities through this
4-H experience.
