The winter cold has us thinking of spring! This month OSU Extension, Franklin County, The Charles Madison Nabrit Memorial Garden, and Greater Columbus Growing Coalition will be holding the first workshop in the Spring Gardening Workshop Series. This workshop series will be held on one Wednesday evening a month at 5:30 p.m. starting in January and going through April at the Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith in Columbus. The topics of the series will help any gardener prepare for the 2018 growing season. Below is the full schedule for the Spring Gardening Workshop series:

• Wednesday, 1/24 –Garden Planning, Methods, and Strategies
• Wednesday, 2/21 –Seed Starting
• Wednesday, 3/21 –Integrated Pest Management
• Wednesday, 4/18 –Good Agricultural Practices
