In the United States alone, more than 6.5 million individuals are living with Alzheimer's and more than 11 million are serving as their unpaid caregivers. The disease is a global crisis that impacts numerous families right here in our community. However, no one has to face this disease alone or without information. Family and Consumer Sciences educator, Jenny Lobb, offers several programs on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Association and for brain health.

- Wits Workout - an interactive, engaging brain health program – kind of like group fitness classes for the brain
- Master of Memory - a 4-part series on how memory works, factors that impact memory and ways to protect against memory loss
- Dementia Friends – a 1-hour program to help people better understand and support individuals in their communities who are living with dementia
